Exams at the iQ Language School Rostock
Since 2018, iQ Sprachschule Rostock has been recognised as an examination centre and conducts German language examinations required for study, work and professional recognition procedures.
We test:
- telc: General German, for work and university A1 to C2
- TestDaF | TestAS: German for university studies
If you would like to take one of these examinations, please contact us. We will consult with you to determine the appropriate examination and, if necessary, recommend a preparatory language course so that you can take the examination with confidence and the necessary language skills.
Good language skills make teams effective – in customer communication, in meetings, and wherever clear communication is important. We will gladly take the time for a detailed consultation in order to meet your wishes and goals when choosing a language course. To determine your language level, a placement test can be conducted.
Our prices are based on the frequency of participation and the choice between individual, duo or group coaching. At IQ Sprachschule Rostock-City, the first textbook is already included in the price - a registration fee of € 49.00 is only due once.
Our teaching concept is based on individual learning as single or duo coaching as well as in small groups with up to 6 participants. For corporate clients, language courses can be conducted in-house and with larger numbers of participants upon request. Adhering to our hygiene concept, we are currently able to offer both face-to-face classes and online coaching.
For German, English and French we offer various certificate examinations according to the CEFR, which serve both for admission to studies and for professional language use. For example, we regularly conduct TestDaF, TestAS, WiDaF, TOEFL and TOEIC exams. The telc certification is scheduled for 2021.

It is possible to join our language courses at any time. Tell us your goals regarding the desired level and a possible certificate exam as well as your time availability, then we will create a solution adapted to your individual needs.
To improve fundamentally in a language by at least one level, you should attend a language course for several months. Therefore, our term contracts have a minimum contract duration of 3 months. An intensive language course, for example to prepare for an exam, can also be booked for a shorter period.
