1. General information
ZGS Bildungs-GmbH (hereinafter referred to as ‘ZGS’) has set up the websites www.iq-lingua.de, www.iq-lingua.at and www.iq-lingua.com for the personal information of users. ZGS makes every effort to ensure that the websites are accessible around the clock, seven days a week. This does not include circumstances beyond the control of ZGS, as well as any downtime and necessary maintenance work on the websites and services. Therefore, ZGS cannot guarantee the availability of the websites and/or services, nor the reliability of transmission and services in terms of response times and quality. ZGS cannot be held responsible if the websites are unavailable and/or the services cannot be used.

2. Liability for content
The information and recommendations on these web pages are provided in good faith. ZGS takes the utmost care in creating these web pages in order to disseminate high-quality information. Nevertheless, ZGS cannot guarantee that this content is accurate, complete and up to date. Use of the content of the ZGS web pages is at the user's own risk. In accordance with Section 7 (1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), ZGS is responsible for its own content on these web pages as a service provider. However, in accordance with Sections 8, 9 and 10 TMG, ZGS is not obliged to monitor information transmitted or stored by third parties or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. This does not affect the obligation to block or remove information as stipulated by general laws. Liability can only arise once ZGS has become aware of a specific infringement of rights. As soon as ZGS becomes aware of such an infringement of rights, the relevant content will be removed immediately. Information on the websites may not be interpreted as recommendations to use information, services, products or formulations that deviate from copyrights or registered trademarks. Contributions identified by name reflect the opinion of the respective author and not always the opinion of ZGS. ZGS accepts no express or implied liability in the event that the use of this information infringes a copyright or registered trademark. The information and/or documents on these web pages may be changed and updated at any time. For example, they may have been updated between the time the information is downloaded and the time it is read. The information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer by ZGS. Errors or omissions cannot be ruled out. The mere use of the ZGS websites does not constitute a contractual relationship between the user and ZGS. Access to the products and services presented on the websites may be subject to restrictions. The user must therefore ensure that the jurisdiction of the country in which they connect to the internet permits access to the websites.

3. Liability for links
These web pages contain links that lead to external websites of third parties. ZGS has no influence on the content of these external sites. The reference via hyperlink does not constitute a recommendation of these websites or the companies operating them or their products by ZGS. ZGS has no influence whatsoever on the design and content of the linked websites.
ZGS is therefore unable to accept any liability for this content and/or information. Responsibility for this lies with the respective provider/operator of the corresponding websites. Without concrete evidence, ZGS cannot be expected to monitor the content of the linked websites. As soon as ZGS becomes aware of a legal violation, the corresponding link will be removed immediately.

4. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the ZGS website from which reference was made to this page. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.

5. Intellectual property
The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, videos and other works contained on these web pages are the intellectual property of ZGS or of third parties from whom ZGS has obtained permission to use them. Third-party content is the intellectual property of those third parties. The works or content may not be reproduced, edited, distributed or exploited without the written permission of the respective creator or author. Paper or data reproductions of these web pages and the works reproduced on them are authorised exclusively for personal use; use for advertising, commercial and/or information purposes is excluded. As soon as ZGS becomes aware of a legal violation, the relevant content will be removed immediately. With the exception of the above provisions, any reproduction, representation, use or modification of the entire website, in whole or in part, or of the works from which the website is composed, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without the prior permission of ZGS, regardless of the procedure or medium.
The name ZGS, the associated slogans, logos and graphic representations, as well as the names of ZGS products, may not be used without the written permission of ZGS. In accordance with these regulations, the user may not copy, modify or reproduce the information and elements of the websites in any way. Furthermore, the user is not authorised to interfere with the websites or to infringe the intellectual property rights of ZGS or third parties from whom ZGS has obtained permission for use. Unless expressly permitted in the General Terms and Conditions or otherwise, the use of intellectual property rights of ZGS or third parties who have authorised ZGS to use them is strictly prohibited.

 6. Data protection
When users visit the ZGS websites, information about their access (e.g. date, time and websites viewed) may be stored. This data is not personal data. It is anonymised and evaluated exclusively for statistical purposes. It is not passed on to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes. The ZGS websites can be used regularly without providing personal data. If such data (e.g. email addresses, postal addresses or names) is collected, the disclosure of this user data is expressly on a voluntary basis. This data may only be passed on if the user has expressly consented to this.
ZGS points out that the transmission of data on the Internet may involve security gaps. It is therefore possible that third parties could gain access to this data. Complete protection in this regard is not possible. The use of contact details provided in the imprint or comparable contact details such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers and email addresses by third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited information, spam emails or advertising is not permitted. Should this nevertheless occur, ZGS reserves the right to take legal action.

7. General equality
